huh..ever heard of real estate investment? i'm sure you have..
this thing happens to me..i really love the idea of owning a house..alhamdulillah, i already purchased one! yeay!!!! that is the good part..
the not-so-good part is paying the housing loan..GOD!!! it is almost half of my take-home pay! well now you know that i'm NOT rich because i have to use almost half of my salary to pay the loan..
look at the bright side hidayat! house price keeps increasing,and yes the house you purchased has increased 24% (my friend bought a similar design in same area from another owner, so that's how i know the price has increased)...smile,smile,smile!!! =)
well that doesn't change the fact that now i am broke until the next gaji... hehehehe... HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
